Half term music making day at LSO St Luke’s.
Monday 23 October 2017, 11am – 3.30pm
LSO St Luke’s, 161 Old Street, London, EC1V 9NG
Join LSO Discovery for an incredible day of music making fun! The
day will be held at LSO St Luke’s – a music venue near Old Street.
There will be different music workshops and performances to enjoy
throughout the day. Come and play musical instruments, jam with
other young people and play with musicians from the London
Symphony Orchestra! There is a quiet space to relax and listen to
some quiet sounds.
The event is open to all young people with learning disabilities aged
10 – 25 and their siblings. Everyone needs to come along with
supervision (either a parent or carer). The event is free for
everyone. There will be a café open where you can buy drinks,
snacks and lunch. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch.
LSO St Luke’s is near lots of public transport links and is easy to
get to. There are limited disabled parking spaces available at St
Luke’s, these must be booked in advance.
