Inform school of my child’s absence by telephoning the school in the morning and supporting school policy regarding sickness.
Work in partnership with the school informing staff of any concerns or problems that might affect my child’s ability of behaviour.
Get to know about my child’s life in school and support school events including parents’ evenings and discussions about my child’s progress.
Encourage my child and family to feel proud to be part of the school.
Care for my child’s safety and happiness.

Keep you informed about general school matters and about your child’s progress in particular by providing regular opportunities to discuss your child’s needs and the way they are being met.
Ensure the curriculum is broad and balanced and that individual teaching and learning targets are appropriate.
